What you will do

• Manage daily site operations and personnel supporting C-17 ATD maintenance and aircrew instruction.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Government Program Office and internal program management.
• Ensure full contract compliance and foster strong working relationships with USAF stakeholders.
• Oversee timely submission of device utilization, maintenance, and student throughput reports.
• Establish and maintain robust safety and security standards at the site.
• Manage execution of training schedules and ensure sufficient staffing and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of total flying experience, including 5 years of military experience.
• Minimum 4 years of flight operations or flight training management experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a flight instructor and in training management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen due to government contract requirements.
• Must be eligible for a DoD Personal Security Clearance.
