What you will do

• Complete three rotations across business functions such as Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and HR.
• Engage in mentorship programs with executive leaders and program alumni.
• Develop foundational business acumen through hands-on cross-functional experience.
• Analyze complex data to identify trends and develop strategic business solutions.
• Participate in leadership development training and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to solve operational and strategic challenges.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Completion of Republic Internship Program, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or enrollment in a post-graduate program
• Minimum 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a related field
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Excel
• Ability to work 40 hours per week
