What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Inflight managers, instructors, and curriculum developers.
• Ensure all flight attendant training programs comply with FAA and TSA regulations.
• Direct the design and delivery of Initial, Recurrent, and Requalification training programs.
• Develop the long-term strategy for learning design and eLearning solutions.
• Manage the Inflight training budget, workforce planning, and project expenditures.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory agencies and operational partners.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Business Administration, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in progressive leadership of large, diverse teams.
• 3+ years of experience as a Flight Attendant.
• 2+ years of experience in an Inflight Training Leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA regulations, particularly Part 121.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal history check.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of Inflight Training and/or Standards experience.
• Deep understanding of interdependencies between airline disciplines and Inflight Operations.
