What you will do

• Provide contract/program cost and/or schedule management and analysis for Strategic Weapon Control programs.
• Develop time-phased cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters and support time-phased budget/schedule updates.
• Analyze historical and predictive program performance, monitor Estimate at Complete (EAC) and schedule completion dates, and recommend actions to program management.
• Maintain and status program schedules and performance data; compile reports, graphs, charts, and EV metrics for reviews.
• Identify and analyze critical paths and driving paths to schedule milestones; support root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Coordinate EAC, risk/opportunity, and Management Reserve data with Finance; provide Earned Value Management support to PMs, DPMEs, IPTs, and CAMs.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required (due to work performed within company facilities).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Domain knowledge of program/product life cycle and financial processes (e.g., IPMDAR reporting, NDIA Guidelines).
• Earned Value Management and scheduling tool experience required (Deltek Cobra, MS Project).
