What you will do

• Manage and expand a portfolio of luxury hotels, resorts, and boutique properties.
• Negotiate exclusive campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
• Pitch and onboard new hotel partners to grow the regional network.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams to optimize performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity within the assigned destination.
• Travel regularly to maintain and build partner relationships on-site.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, hospitality procurement, OTA, or DMC.
• Fluent English is essential for partner management.
• Proven negotiation skills and a strong network within the hospitality industry.
• Data-driven approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to meet partners.
