Junior Key Account Manager

TL;DR

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce accounts with a sales-driven approach.
• Build accountability for client relationships and support profit and loss management.
• Ensure SLA adherence and monitor KPI variances for accurate internal reporting.
• Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract.
• Develop trust-based client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above).
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce.
• Academic degree in business, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong affinity for numbers and data analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and present findings clearly.
