What you will do

• Develop and deploy agentic AI applications to streamline Order, Applications, and Design Engineering workflows.
• Design and implement automated wiring system tools to reduce manual engineering effort and improve accuracy.
• Build generative AI applications leveraging commercial LLMs to support BOM generation and technical documentation.
• Lead on-site implementation and deployment of AI tools across engineering teams and facilities.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for teams adopting new AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in Order Engineering, Applications Engineering, or Design Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Hands-on experience developing agentic AI applications and working knowledge of commercial LLM platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to support on-site implementation and deployment.
