Technical Lead (AI)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to maintain core hours of overlap with US-based teams and clients.

Salary: $150k - $195k USD

What you will do

• Design and develop software applications that solve client business problems using AI.
• Lead client projects from initial scoping and estimation through to implementation.
• Develop proof-of-concept prototypes and demos to showcase AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales/demand teams to articulate technical possibilities to clients.
• Implement AI engineering practices including model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, ethics, privacy, and bias standards.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering background with experience leading client projects.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions (LLM, Agentic AI, Vision AI).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and LangChain.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain core hours of overlap with the team and clients.
