What you will do

• Architect and implement RAG pipelines using Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI API.
• Integrate generative AI solutions into enterprise cloud environments.
• Bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction using industrial protocols such as OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus.
• Utilize OEE, Six Sigma, and lean methodologies to improve production yield, uptime, and overall efficiency.
• Translate complex AI model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Grand-Prairie, Texas (Onsite 4 days a week)
• 6-9 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with shop floor operations, production planning, and systems including MES, SCADA, and ERP.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Expertise with LLMs, Hugging Face, and LangChain.

Nice to have

• 2-4 years of experience specifically within the manufacturing domain.
• Experience with SPC and lean methodologies.
