What you will do

• Build AI-powered developer tooling, including agentic coding workflows and LLM-based review systems.
• Develop prompt libraries and guardrail-aware assistants to safely automate repetitive tasks.
• Optimize the CI/CD platform for better observability, speed, and ease of adoption.
• Enhance Kubernetes cluster reliability using Helm, IaC workflows, and resilient rollout strategies.
• Create self-service software templates and CLI enhancements to streamline developer onboarding.
• Collaborate via pairing and high-quality code reviews to maintain engineering standards.

Requirements

• Proven track record of improving developer velocity and platform reliability.
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., GitHub Actions), Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Proficiency in prompt design and integrating LLMs into engineering workflows.
• Strong coding skills in at least two languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Bash).
• Deep understanding of security principles, including least privilege and runtime hardening.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by US-specific benefits and team distribution).

• Experience building agentic developer assistants for code review.
• Knowledge of CDN/edge controls for incident response.
• Experience with platform observability (logging, metrics, traces).
