Salary: $73,150 - $174,000

What you will do

• Train and fine-tune multimodal AI models using LoRA and reinforcement learning (RL) techniques.
• Develop AI solutions for audio and speech tasks, including speaker diarization and identification.
• Optimize model inference pipelines using TensorRT, quantization, and pruning.
• Deploy and maintain distributed AI systems in cloud environments while monitoring for data drift and degradation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and establish architectural guidelines.
• Partner with Product and Operations teams to design and optimize business workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Atlanta, NY, Dallas or Nashville.
• 5+ years of experience with AWS Cloud Services and 1+ year with Microsoft Azure.
• Deep understanding of digital and broadcast production operations and workflows.
• Experience creating architecture documentation using the C4 Model.
• Proven ability to deliver large-scale strategic initiatives within Agile environments.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of programming experience in Python, Java, Golang, or JavaScript.
• Experience with broadcast production systems or video content management platforms.
• Familiarity with React, Angular, and modern web technologies.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
