What you will do

• Design, optimize, and execute cell-based and immunology assays to evaluate potency and cytotoxicity.
• Perform flow cytometry and FACS for cellular characterization and functional assessment.
• Culture and engineer human primary immune cell populations.
• Develop scalable, plate-based high-throughput assay workflows and SOPs.
• Collaborate with molecular biology, computational biology, and ML teams for dataset generation.
• Mentor junior scientists and establish lab infrastructure and standards.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
• 3+ years (Scientist) or 5+ years (Senior Scientist) of industry experience.
• Expertise in complex cell-based assay development and optimization.
• Extensive hands-on experience with flow cytometry and FACS, including multicolor panel design.
• Experience with human primary cells, specifically immune cells.
• Knowledge of RNA-LNP delivery systems or engineered cell therapies (e.g., CAR-based).
