What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team responsible for enterprise business systems and JD Edwards ERP.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify business needs and deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Manage the enterprise applications roadmap to ensure security and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and vendor contract negotiations.
• Drive application governance, change management, and comprehensive system documentation.
• Optimize the application landscape by eliminating redundancies and improving efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with responsibility for enterprise applications and business systems.
• Strong expertise with JD Edwards ERP and related business processes.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex business environments.
• Technical aptitude in SaaS and solid understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
