What you will do

• Implement and develop Group HSEQ programs, standards, tools, and digital solutions across segments and countries
• Translate requirements into practical guidance, support operational adoption, and scale best practices globally
• Analyze HSEQ KPIs, audit results, incident data to provide insights and recommendations for leadership
• Strengthen safety culture through behavior-based safety, workforce engagement, and global training initiatives
• Organize HSEQ communication, meetings, RCA investigations, and support ISO 9001/14001/45001/SCCP matrix certifications
• Foster collaboration across countries and ensure effectiveness of ISO management systems

Requirements

• Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Several years of experience in HSEQ roles in industrial, engineering, or energy sectors; multi-country experience
• Strong knowledge of HSEQ regulations, occupational health & safety, environmental standards, and best practices
• Experience with behavior-based safety, safety culture development, program implementation, and continuous improvement
• Fluent English language skills are required; German a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills across cultures and levels

Nice to have

• Experience in Oil & Gas or Nuclear sectors
• Certifications as Safety Manager, QM Auditor, Occupational Health Manager
