Location: Hybrid, must be based in the US and work from an hirify.global office (e.g., Mountain View, CA) at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $181,000 - $230,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage and create all PCB/PCBA symbols and models.
• Develop components from Schematic to PCB footprints and 3D models for PLM tool input.
• Collaborate closely with Electrical Engineering, PCB Layout, and Mechanical Engineering teams.
• Provide support for PCB layout work during peak production periods.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Librarian.
• Mastery of Cadence Library Creator tool.
• Experience with Cadence ECAD-MCAD tool.
• Working knowledge of IPC-7351 footprint standard.
• Experience with library configuration management.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• System Administration experience with Cadence tools.
