What you will do

• Devise and implement long-term growth strategies to retain and convert clients, identifying new investment opportunities.
• Establish and maintain senior relationships across communications, planning, and strategy teams at the agency group level.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure agencies are utilizing the latest media innovations for clients.
• Mentor and develop a team of Associate Directors through goal setting and professional development.
• Embed AI and automation efficiencies into core workflows to optimize operational processes.
• Host education sessions for agency and client partners to foster solution adoption.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in media planning, client leadership, or a strategic role within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of driving significant commercial growth and managing complex senior-level client relationships.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the media landscape, including measurement frameworks and data strategies.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
