What you will do
- Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy aligned with business priorities and growth objectives.
- Drive qualified pipeline, customer acquisition, and revenue through high-performing campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary global demand generation team.
- Set the strategic direction for paid media, SEO, AI discoverability, CRO, website performance, and social media.
- Monitor and optimize performance through key metrics, including pipeline, revenue, ROI, and CAC.
- Manage the global demand generation budget to ensure investment in highest-impact initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing high-performing global marketing teams.
- Proven track record of building integrated demand generation strategies that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to use data, analytics, and customer insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Expertise in managing complex stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels of an organization.
- Capacity to translate commercial objectives into scalable marketing programs and measurable outcomes.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
