What you will do

• Develop and prototype full-stack AI applications and agentic systems to solve enterprise use cases.
• Collaborate directly with strategic customers to drive AI prototypes toward production readiness.
• Advise customer executives on AI roadmaps, use case prioritization, and deployment strategies.
• Standardize successful patterns into repeatable reference architectures, starter kits, and playbooks.
• Mentor internal hirify.global teams and provide field signal to Product teams for platform improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade systems, including 2-3 years in Generative AI or agentic applications.
• Strong software and data engineering skills with experience in modern AI frameworks.
• Expertise in foundation models, context engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Deep understanding of LLMOps/MLOps practices, including evaluation, observability, and monitoring.
• Ability to design scalable AI architectures aligned with enterprise security, governance, and compliance.
• Must be based in Singapore and capable of engaging directly with technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with the hirify.global platform.
• Experience with open-source big data technologies like Spark, Iceberg, or NiFi.
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure including NVIDIA GPUs and inference optimization.
