What you will do

• Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive deep, lasting adoption of Devin and own technical outcomes.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, and product domains.
• Lead interactive programs, including live workshops and pair programming sessions for enterprise clients.
• Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and optimization of Devin and associated tools.
• Quantify impact by tracking productivity metrics and developing business cases for expansion.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate field learnings into structured playbooks and enablement materials.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, technical consultant, or solutions engineer.
• Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Proven track record of driving technical adoption within engineering organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

• Experience leading developer enablement, platform adoption, or internal AI modernization.
• Experience deploying or integrating LLM or agent-based systems in production settings.
• Background as a founder or early employee at an early-stage startup.
