What you will do
- Define the technical and strategic vision for next-generation AI solutions.
- Build AI agents and applications that support customer operations, automation, search, and data analysis.
- Design and implement robust APIs and system architectures for new AI applications.
- Contribute to AI product roadmaps and strategy.
- Research and implement AI technologies with cross-functional teams.
- Resolve application issues and software bugs while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 10+ years of backend software development experience with an interest in AI and language technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed, high-concurrency, high-load, and highly available systems.
- Experience with vector databases.
- Proven track record of delivering major impact.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines for AI-driven products.
