What you will do

• Manage IoT and SaaS solution services for retail sector clients.
• Monitor service commitments to ensure contractual obligations for support and maintenance are met.
• Coordinate with support teams and project managers to ensure high service quality.
• Define and implement SLA/SLR content in consultation with stakeholders.
• Lead client steering committees to discuss performance and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and pre-sales teams on contract setup and renewals.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager.
• Ability to understand customer needs and build trust-based relationships.
• Strong expertise in client relationship management and retention to secure renewals.
• Growth mindset with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
