What you will do

• Track and visualize key workforce metrics and KPIs to identify trends and issues.
• Deliver ad hoc workforce analysis on headcount, attrition, and demographics to support senior leaders.
• Collaborate with business units to understand resourcing needs and identify potential risks.
• Maintain workforce data accuracy and integrity in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Support position management, organizational restructuring, and voluntary leaver programs.
• Consult with HR and stakeholders to strengthen data-led decision-making and storytelling.

Requirements

• Experience in tracking, analyzing, and visualizing KPIs and performance data.
• Ability to interpret data to identify patterns and communicate findings via compelling narratives.
• Strong skills in building and managing relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Must be located in or able to commute to London, Bristol, or Birmingham for hybrid work.
