Advisory & Consulting Manager (GRC SaaS)

Location: New York, New York, United States, or Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Hybrid work model with an expectation to work onsite at least 50% of the time when within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead customer adoption and implementation projects for governance, risk and compliance solutions, with a focus on Entity & Subsidiary Management.
• Manage project portfolios, budgets, forecasts, utilization, timelines, resources, risks, and delivery quality.
• Capture business requirements and create solution designs, workflow diagrams, project plans, Statements of Work, and change requests.
• Coordinate customer enablement, training, meetings, project communications, status reporting, and Professional Services support tickets.
• Develop business solutions using hirify.global’s product suite and support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, RFP responses, estimates, and contracting.
• Partner with Customer Success and Account Management to remove adoption barriers, expand product usage, and coach specialist team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience and at least 5 years managing complex, large-scale technology implementations.
• Project Management professional certification or formal Project Management training is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Governance and Entity & Subsidiary Management, preferably including 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience creating Statements of Work and Change Requests.
• Experience delivering projects for enterprise customers in complex technical or regulatory environments, including client management and business development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, public speaking, workshop facilitation, business process, persuasion, and problem-solving skills; availability to work across North America, Asia, and Europe time zones.
