What you will do

• Lead end-to-end production of complex projects, serving as Director of Photography and overseeing all technical calls.
• Develop and execute video content strategies aligned with brand goals, including episodic series and product launch films.
• Design and optimize production workflows, including storage, review systems, and vendor management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to translate business needs into creative direction.
• Mentor freelance creative partners and maintain high editorial standards across all shipments.
• Analyze content performance to iterate and improve future video projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video production experience in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in concept development, directing, cinematography, and editing.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects from concept to delivery with minimal oversight.
• Deep understanding of optimizing content for YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York City office (Hybrid).
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating expertise across multiple formats and series.

Nice to have

• Experience in brand, corporate, or SaaS content.
• Familiarity with video storage, DAM, or creative workflow tools such as Frame.io.
