What you will do

• Produce high-volume short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and other vertical platforms (10+ pieces per week).
• Manage the full production pipeline for long-form YouTube videos and podcasts, from raw recording to finished cuts.
• Handle all technical production aspects, including shooting, sound, and basic color correction without external vendors.
• Organize and maintain the media library to ensure assets are easy to find and repurpose.
• Travel to industry shows, events, and off-site locations to capture content in the field.
• Deliver finished, handoff-ready content to partner teams for distribution and publishing.

Requirements

• Proven track record of shooting, editing, and publishing content (portfolio or personal channel is required).
• Must be based in and work from the San Francisco office five days a week.
• Ability to own professional gear and troubleshoot audio and lighting independently.
• Experience owning a creative pipeline and moving quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Capacity to handle a steady stream of both quick-turn social clips and complex long-form projects.
