Accounts Receivable Analyst

What you will do

• Manage third-party marketing and revenue accounts receivable oversight.
• Perform credit checks for new customers and conduct periodic credit status reviews.
• Execute credit control and debt collection to minimize aged debt.
• Ensure accurate month-end accounting, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Produce timely, insightful reporting and analysis, including weekly customer ageing reports.
• Lead AR process improvements and drive automation to enhance financial controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK.
• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Credit Control.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and analytical skills.
• High standard of accuracy with financial and statistical data.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with D&B credit reporting tools.
