Senior CRO Manager

What you will do

• Run end-to-end optimization loops: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, keeping cycles short.
• Perform deep funnel and product analysis across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, including competitive benchmarking.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs (code-first design in Next.js and TailwindCSS) and protect brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers to ensure correct test implementation and rapid deployment.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions; maintain a prioritized testing roadmap.
• Use AI tools daily for research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation; present insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience with documented performance lifts (ideally subscription/SaaS funnels).
• Strong funnel + product thinking across the full user journey, not only landing pages.
• Experience with analytics/experimentation tools such as Mixpanel, GrowthBook, and/or Google Analytics.
• Fluent English (strong written and verbal communication).
• Ability to work within approximately ±4 hours of CET (CET time zone collaboration requirement).
• Strong project management skills with fast prioritization and execution.
