What you will do

• Own Facebook UA for web and app funnels across the core dating portfolio, focusing on USA and Tier-1 markets.
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns with typical monthly spends in the $200k–$300k+ range.
• Build and maintain account/BM structures, tracking setup, domains, and payment flows.
• Execute a structured creative testing loop involving hypotheses, iterations, and scaling.
• Drive automation improvements using rules, scripts, and 3rd-party tools to scale the channel.

Requirements

• Senior hands-on Facebook UA background in B2C/Web.
• Proven experience in USA and Tier-1 markets (CIS-only experience is not a fit).
• Budget ownership at the $100k–$200k+ per month level.
• Performance-driven mindset with deep knowledge of CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
• Strong grasp of Facebook bidding, measurement, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Practical understanding of AI and creative iteration workflows.
