What you will do

• Lead the design of registries, observational studies, and pragmatic real-world evidence studies.
• Shape evidence generation strategy across clinical programs and digital health products.
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for external customers, investigators, and partners.
• Oversee the responsible use of AI-enabled research tools, evaluating outputs for accuracy and clinical validity.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including biostatistics, epidemiology, data science, and regulatory.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent doctoral-level degree with active or eligible medical licensure.
• 10+ years of experience in evidence generation, real-world evidence, or clinical development.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
• Demonstrated experience leading observational studies or pragmatic clinical trials.
• Experience in a customer-facing role leading scientific discussions with KOLs and stakeholders.
• Experience evaluating AI-enabled tools in a clinical research or real-world data context.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MPH, MSCE) in epidemiology or public health.
• Authorship of peer-reviewed publications involving observational or registry data.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA real-world evidence guidance, and data privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience mentoring or managing clinical and research talent.
