Salary: $183,870 – $205,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic and community KOLs in Rare Dermatology across the West Coast.
• Deliver high-caliber clinical, scientific, and technical education and represent the company at scientific meetings.
• Identify and develop thought leaders for medical education, clinical research, and publication opportunities.
• Gather and disseminate competitive intelligence and field insights to inform internal strategy.
• Provide medical support for investigator-initiated trials and other collaborative research initiatives.
• Lead internal medical projects and support the onboarding and mentoring of new team members.

Requirements

• Graduate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, DNP, PhD, MSN, MS or equivalent healthcare professional degree).
• 5-7 years of MSL experience in Rare Diseases.
• Must be based in the Western US territory (CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, NM, UT, CO, ID, MT, WY).
• Proven scientific and clinical expertise in the assigned therapeutic area, including HEOR and RWE knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time as required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex scientific data.
