What you will do

  • Develop and execute the regional Medical Affairs strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Serve as the scientific leader for breast cancer diagnostics, building partnerships with KOLs and academic institutions.
  • Lead evidence generation initiatives, including Investigator-Initiated Studies and Real-World Evidence programs.
  • Represent Medical Affairs in cross-functional strategic discussions with Commercial, Market Access, and R&D teams.
  • Conduct high-quality scientific presentations and lead educational initiatives for healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor developments in precision oncology and treatment guidelines to inform strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Advanced scientific degree (MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred).
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of Medical Affairs experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
  • Deep scientific expertise in breast cancer and genomic diagnostics.
  • Proven experience leading medical strategy, evidence generation, and KOL engagement.
  • Strong understanding of the UK healthcare environment and breast cancer treatment pathways.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60–70%.

Nice to have

  • Existing relationships with leading breast cancer Cooperative Groups and Academic Institutions in the UK and Europe.
  • Previous experience supporting product launches.
