What you will do

• Source, build, and manage partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and digital platforms.
• Own the end-to-end outreach, negotiation, and deal-closing process.
• Cultivate long-term partner relationships by pitching fresh campaign ideas and ensuring seamless execution.
• Track and analyze partner performance and ROI to translate data into actionable growth insights.
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and strict compliance requirements.
• Conduct continuous market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitor activity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
• English: C1+ required for high-stakes presentations and negotiations.
• German: C1+ required for managing the German market.
• Solid understanding of influencer marketing and partnership-driven growth strategies.
• Proven ability to work with data and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
• AI fluency: Ability to automate and integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
