Sr. Compensation Analyst

Location: Hawthorne, California, United States; onsite and not remote. Relocation to the Hawthorne area is required if not already local.

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 per year, plus potential equity, bonuses, and additional long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Advise HR and business leaders on hiring, promotions, organizational initiatives, and annual compensation programs.
• Conduct quantitative analysis, data modeling, data mining, compensation research, and data presentations.
• Develop job levels, salary structures, recognition programs, and other compensation initiatives.
• Aggregate data for participation in compensation surveys.
• Develop communication and training for recruiters, HR professionals, and managers.
• Mentor and train junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in compensation and/or human resources.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Strong consultative, communication, influencing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in the Hawthorne area and work extended hours or weekends when needed.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• Degree in business, mathematics, economics, or finance.
• At least 5 years of experience with complex compensation packages.
• Experience with equity compensation packages.
