What you will do

• Provide end-user support and technical assistance for a variety of devices.
• Perform installation, programming, maintenance, and repairs of telecommunications systems and cabling.
• Manage and track on-site hardware assets.
• Support Windows-based desktops, laptops, and PCs.

Requirements

• Current CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DOD baseline certification.
• Security Clearance is required (interim level at a minimum).
• Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting Windows desktops, laptops, and PCs.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• IT education is preferred.
