What you will do

• Lead end-to-end TMS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through go-live.
• Partner with customers, internal teams, and third-party vendors to align objectives and drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and priorities while balancing customer and business needs.
• Facilitate project governance, executive updates, and key decision-making sessions with leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex enterprise software implementation projects in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global TM (formerly MercuryGate).
• PMP, CAPM, CSM, or similar project management certification.
