Implementation Manager (Strategic Workforce Planning)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live, managing scope, milestones, and risks.
• Translate solution designs and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans, testing approaches, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure platform readiness and data provisioning.
• Deliver role-based training, workshops, and enablement sessions to drive user adoption and proficiency.
• Partner with Customer Success to accelerate time-to-value and ensure a smooth post-implementation handoff.
• Capture lessons learned to improve implementation playbooks and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders and executive visibility.
• Strong project and program management skills, including dependency management and risk tracking.
• Experience coordinating technical activities such as identity setup, data mapping, and API integrations.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and deliver training to both business and technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English and Ukrainian language proficiency required for the working environment.

Nice to have

• Expertise in strategic workforce planning, skills intelligence, or HR technology.
• Experience with PMO software.
• Working knowledge of APIs, ETL processes, and data wrangling.
• German or French language ability.
