BIM Technician I (Revit)

What you will do

• Prepare layouts, details, and schedules for mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems.
• Implement BIM Execution Plan (BEP) objectives and guidelines into project workflows.
• Perform model setup tasks including base cleaning and view configuration.
• Conduct routine model maintenance and health checks to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with project teams to address model issues and implement improvements.
• Support business development activities and participate in client coordination meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in BIM/CAD Technology or 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Basic proficiency with Revit required.
• Fundamental knowledge of A&E industry codes, design guides, and standards.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Basic proficiency with Imaginit Clarity.
• Basic proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
