What you will do
- Hire and manage high-performance claims teams, workflows, and QA frameworks.
- Personally handle claims to optimize customer outcomes and inform the development of AI products.
- Represent claims capabilities in sales outreach, RFPs, onboarding, and executive discussions with carriers and MGAs.
- Partner with Engineering and AI teams to shape the design of internal tooling and agentic AI products.
- Define key data capture and workflow requirements to ensure claims expertise is scaled through technology.
Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in P&C claims, ideally spanning auto and liability.
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a carrier, TPA, or MGA.
- Proven ability to build and scale operational teams and systems from scratch.
- Deep understanding of claims tech stacks, data strategy, and automation.
- Tech-native mindset and ability to work fluently alongside AI engineers.
- Must be based in the US and willing to travel.

- Experience building a new claims department from scratch.
