What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, and business development.
• Work directly with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges.
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities to support company growth.
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution.
• Research new markets and business opportunities to identify growth areas.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions.

• Must be based in or able to work from Seoul, South Korea.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound business judgment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new, fast-moving challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
