What you will do

• Act as the CEO's right hand, driving priorities and ensuring decision-to-result conversion.
• Coordinate operational workstreams across Professional Practice and Business Development teams.
• Manage key account relationships to ensure needs are prioritized and delivered.
• Prepare decision-ready analyses and materials for the board and leadership.
• Design and implement internal processes, rituals, and structures to close team gaps.
• Lead special projects end-to-end to support company scaling.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in financial audit with deep knowledge of professional standards.
• Native or fluent German (C1+) and business English (C1+).
• Strong project management, prioritization, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Tech affinity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Confident communication skills for interacting with senior stakeholders.
