What you will do

• Lead high-priority projects focusing on growth, hiring, and operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, and external partners.
• Drive new market launches and expansion initiatives.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Represent the company at events and in external engagements.
• Collaborate directly with founders on strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
