What you will do

• Support the development of solutions for the coatings industry within a chemistry lab.
• Mix chemicals and apply paint using electrostatic or pneumatic spraying methods.
• Perform testing on paint samples and physical test panels.
• Monitor chemical processes and execute quality assurance tests.
• Set up lab equipment, prepare chemical solutions, and analyze resulting data.
• Maintain precise technical documentation of all laboratory activities.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 2 years of practical lab experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a scientific field.
• Basic knowledge of chemical instrumentation, compatibility, handling, and storage.
• College-level understanding of chemistry, physics, and engineering.
• Practical experience performing experiments and chemical mixing.
• Additional medical exams and drug screening are required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
