What you will do

• Design and implement salary ranges and compensation band structures using market benchmarking data.
• Manage the full end-to-end merit cycle, including budget modeling, approval workflows, and payroll reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain a job leveling and titling framework to support pay equity and career pathing.
• Lead survey participation and competitive analysis using tools such as Radford, Mercer, or CompAnalyst.
• Conduct pay equity reviews, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
• Create compensation models, dashboards, and AI-driven automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or total rewards.
• Proven ability to build salary structures and job architecture from scratch.
• Experience managing full merit cycles, including budgeting and execution.
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills for translating data into recommendations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS, HCM, or PE-backed technology companies.
• Background in designing incentive or variable compensation programs.
• Professional certification such as CCP, PHR, or SHRM-CP.
• Experience with Workday or hirify.global People Cloud.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in analytical or compensation work.
