Markets Technology Specialist (eFront): Providing system support, configuration, and technical enablement for private markets applications with an accent on eFront Invest, Investment Café, and Debt modules. Focus on managing business-critical activities, coordinating system enhancements, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Southampton, UK or Jersey, CI. Hybrid model: minimum 2 days per week in office (full-time during probation).

What you will do

• Provide technical support and configuration for eFront platforms to drive process improvements.
• Triage service requests and incidents, assessing complexity and business impact.
• Coordinate weekly resourcing for BAU, projects, and migrations across the team.
• Gather requirements for system enhancements and oversee the change management process.
• Mentor and develop junior and senior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Liaise with third-party vendors for project initiation and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting eFront products (FrontInvest, Investment Café).
• Proficiency in report writing tools including TSQL, SAS, and advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in a project management environment with resource coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across functional teams and jurisdictions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Southampton, UK or Jersey, CI.

Nice to have

• Accounting qualification or experience.
• Certifications in ITIL, data analytics, or automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Finance.
