What you will do

• Lead the evaluation of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritize and implement strategic improvement initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts, including impact assessments and communication frameworks to ensure sustainability.
• Identify operational risks and lead the implementation of mitigation plans.
• Establish key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on new processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Strong background in CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology drug development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR.
• Experience with change radars and organizational impact assessments.
