Location: Hybrid role based in Poissy, France, with regular travel to sites in Rennes, Albi, and Portillo (Spain).

What you will do
- Define and implement regional HR strategies aligned with Group policies for talent, performance, and engagement.
- Support leadership and managers in change management and organizational development.
- Manage cross-functional HR projects including diversity, learning, and leadership initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze HR KPIs to ensure business performance and compliance.
- Co-animate social dialogue and maintain positive relations with employee representative bodies.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to internal processes across the Southern Europe perimeter.
Requirements
- Master 2 degree in HR or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, industrial, and matrix environment.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Spanish proficiency is highly appreciated.
- Strong project management skills with a business-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to travel regularly to industrial sites in France and Spain.
