HR Business Partner - South Europe (M/F)

Location: Poissy, France, with regular travel to the French headquarters and factories in Rennes and Albi, and to the Spanish office and factory in Portillo near Valladolid.

What you will do

• Define HR strategies and action plans with the Southern Europe management team to improve organizational performance and employee experience.
• Support leaders and managers with talent development, change management, mobility, skills management, and engagement.
• Implement local HR strategies aligned with Group policies and processes, covering recruitment, performance, compensation and benefits, learning, and well-being.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects focused on leadership, diversity, performance, and learning.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze HR KPIs while ensuring legal and internal process compliance.
• Co-coordinate social dialogue and relations with employee representative bodies in France.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Successful experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international, industrial, and matrix environment.
• Project-based working ability, business orientation, strong autonomy, and the ability to influence.
• Impactful communication and excellent interpersonal, listening, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
