Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 yearly

What you will do

• Perform asbestos surveys and sampling activities in line with industry best practices and contractual requirements.
• Identify asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) and assess associated risks.
• Produce accurate survey reports and ensure timely processing of samples.
• Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
• Identify additional service opportunities to support business growth.

Requirements

• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
• Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and managing asbestos risks.
• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
• GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English.
• Strong communication skills for providing clear technical advice to clients.

Nice to have

• BOHS P405 qualification.
• Multi-skilled capability across surveying and analytical disciplines.
• Experience supporting complex or large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure to quality assurance processes or auditing activities.
• Project Management qualifications or experience.
