What you will do

• Provide technical support and referral assistance to senior claims handlers and technical leads.
• Conduct targeted file reviews and escalated case support to maintain high governance standards.
• Analyze supply chain performance to optimize real-time business and customer outcomes.
• Identify and address supplier performance issues to drive behavioral improvements.
• Support departmental execution of focused claims indemnity initiatives.
• Perform root cause analysis on claims to prevent derailment and spend deterioration.

Requirements

• Significant experience in complex property claims handling for an insurer, adjusting firm, or MGA.
• Strong building pathology knowledge, including Schedule of Rates and JCT experience.
• Working knowledge of insurance regulations, including TCF and FOS outcomes.
• Must be based in the UK for hybrid working arrangements.
• Professional qualifications (CII, CIOB, RICS) or a strong desire to work towards them.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational improvement programs.
• Existing CII or CILA qualifications.
