Director Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Management (Biotech)

What you will do

• Lead the ELMAC Regional Lifecycle Management organization across Europe, Latin America, and Canada.
• Set regional strategy for product launches, new presentations and strengths, market expansions, variations, rationalizations, and discontinuations.
• Own portfolio visibility, prioritization, dependencies, resource demand, risks, critical paths, and delivery outcomes.
• Establish a scalable operating model, governance structure, KPIs, decision ownership, and handoffs with the Global LCM HUB.
• Partner with manufacturing sites, Product Lifecycle Teams, Product Development Teams, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Planning, Commercial, and affiliate organizations.
• Lead and develop an organization of approximately 14 people while managing regional capacity, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology supply chain, commercialization, product lifecycle management, manufacturing operations, regulatory operations, or project/program leadership.
• Senior leadership experience with geographically dispersed teams and complex cross-functional portfolios in a global matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical launches, post-approval lifecycle management, CMC variations, labelling changes, SKU management, and regional implementation.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments and understanding of quality, regulatory, and supply continuity requirements.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience across EMEA, Latin America, and/or Canada, including affiliate and distributor operating models.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Teams, Product Development Teams, portfolio governance, S&OP/IBP, and regional launch governance.
• Experience with SAP, lifecycle or portfolio management systems, Smartsheet, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
