TL;DR
Solutions Engineer (DevOps): Driving technical pre-sales engagements for a SaaS scale-up with an accent on integrating complex DevOps/DevSecOps workflows into Enterprise environments. Focus on delivering technical demonstrations, resolving pilot-phase challenges, and ensuring successful product adoption for large-scale clients.
Location: Must be based in Switzerland or Germany (Remote or Hybrid).
Salary: €120,000–€160,000 basic + bonus.

What you will do
- Own technical engagement and relationship management with Enterprise customers.
- Deliver high-impact technical presentations and software demonstrations.
- Help customers map the software to their existing development workflows.
- Resolve technical blockers and challenges during the pilot phase.
- Support clients through the post-sale adoption process to ensure long-term success.
Requirements
- Must be based in Switzerland or Germany.
- Strong background in Software Engineering or DevOps engineering.
- Proven experience in software pre-sales or solution engineering roles.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to Enterprise stakeholders.
